Since Phoenix is getting $5.5 billion in Obama’s latest stimulus package, light rail expansion is about to move full steam ahead. The line will be expanding 3.5 miles north and will be able to bring thousands of additional workers into the city’s core for work. I’m just hoping we use some of that money to save our struggling school system. The downtown ASU campus is going to be a large part of the future of Phoenix.
