The Hold Steady are a rock ‘n roll band in the truest sense of the word. It’s been said to death already, but these guys are a dead ringer for Bruce Springsteen and the E Street band. They’ve been touring non stop and releasing stellar records for years now and they’re one of the bands I most look forward to at Coachella this year. They’re about to release a double disc package that includes a documentary about the band as well as a live cd. The release comes out on April 6th and is called A Positive Rage.
