I always am a little hesitant to check out a band’s version of a cover from a completely different genre. Mason Proper has taken that a step further and actually decided to combine two songs (from two vastly different artists) into one cover. Recipe for disaster right? Luckily, this turned out wonderfully.

This is the band’s cover of “Get Innocuous” from LCD Soundsystem and “Love Lockdown” from Kanye West. It’s guaranteed to set off any house party it’s played at this summer.
