Bark Bark Bark has been a part of the local Phoenix music scene for as long as I can remember. I can’t even count how many shows I’ve seen at Modified with Jacob on the lineup. So, I thought it was awesome when Jacob moved to LA and joined The Mae Shi as their drummer. The band has had a lot of success and now Bark Bark Bark has gotten some major recognition as well.

Pitchfork premiered the music video for the track “I’m Needy” early this morning. The song has been a part of Jacob’s live set for years now in different forms. The video is a smorgasbord of random clips edited together with a little bit of psychedelic imagery added in for good measure. It’s great to see Phoenix-bred musicians doing big things. Congratulations Jacob!
