Now that the lo-fi bug has taken over the consciousness of indie music, it’s time for one of the bands that helped this style break out globally to make a return to the scene. With that said, Times New Viking announced via the Matador blog that they’re releasing their new album, Born Again Revisited, via the label on September 22nd.

The label also made a track from the forthcoming album available as a free download and with their kindness I’m passing that along to my readers. The track is called “No Time No Hope” and is another pop nugget buried in layers of distortion from a band that does it like no one else.
