Far too much attention has been paid by the media to Girls love of illicit drugs. We should instead be focusing on the San Francisco based band’s amazing recreation and adoration of the sound of The Beach Boys. These guys have some of the most glorious harmonies that have ever passed through my ears. And yeah, the drugs might help them get to a place where they can produce said tracks, but I highly doubt tracks like “Lust For Life” would come about without a high level of talent being involved. This video really makes me want to quit my job and move to San Francisco.
