Jessica 6 is three members from the disco supergroup Hercules and Love Affair. “Fun Girl” is the first single release from the new group and has a darker, and dare I say sexier, vibe than what they do with their other band. The vocals on this one really do it for me. The track is available in limited quantities on a 7″ right now with the b-side “Not Anymore”. You can pick it up right now from Turntable Lab. The word is clearly out about the band, as they’re playing in Istanbul as I type this. Hopefully they announce a US tour soon.
