I have to firstly give credit to how amazing the artwork for this forthcoming album is. It’s gotta be my favorite album cover I’ve seen this year. Luckily for those people out there who will pick up an LP because it has great artwork will not be disappointed with this one. Real Estate is from New Jersey and is gearing up to release their debut self-titled album on November 17th via Woodsist. “Beach Comber” is the opening track from the album and is an incredibly catchy clip of psychedelic pop with a big and beautiful guitar sound.
