Are you into riding your bike at a speed that couldn’t possibly be considered safe by the average bystander, while running every traffic light on Central and generally avoid death at every second? Well, you’ll probably want to be at the sprint race that local fixed gear crew Hot City Destroyers is throwing on October 23rd. Central Slayer is a race for fixed gear riders only, with prizes going to the top finishers. There’s a $3 entry fee, with $1 from each contestant going to support the local Phoenix bicycle co-op Rusty Spoke. Everyone is welcome.
