When I think of post-punk, the first thing that comes to mind wouldn’t be taiko drums. It also wouldn’t be vocals by the New London Children’s Choir. However, These New Puritans have combined both of these with a piano interlude to produce one of the most epic songs I’ve heard this year. The band proved on their first album that they were here to deliver much more than the average Factory Records-loving band, but the band is expanding their grandiose sound even more with their new album “Hidden.” In addition, enjoy this remix of the first single from the album “We Want War”, as well as the official music video.
