I recently accepted a promotion at work. While I’m thrilled with this, the unfortunate side effect is that I’m working a new shift that will cause me to miss tonight’s Sonic Youth show. I’ve been anxiously awaiting it for months now and this isn’t sitting too well with me. So… make sure you get to the Marquee tonight and enjoy it enough for the both of us. The always wonderful Sic Alps is opening the show. The doors open at 7 and tickets are still available.

After the show you should make your way to the Bikini Lounge for the best Tuesday night party in town. DJentrification holds it down with a few guests and drops the most original mix of music you’re bound to find. There’s no cover, drinks are cheap, and I know you’re not going to want to go to sleep right after a great show. So, I’ll see you at the Tiki hut later!
