Yesterday the Belgium duo Aeroplane, aka Vito De Luca and Stephen Fasano, released a “Chart Mix” for the month of February. Themix is part of a monthly mix series that showcase some of the duo’s favorite nu disco jams. As some of you may recall, Aeroplane gained international recognition in 2007 with the release of their first 12” entitled “Caramellas/Aeroplane”, and in 2008 they were crowed the Nu Disco Artists of the Year by Beatportal. I’ve been a big fan of these guys for a while now and it’s great to see that they still take the time to make mixtapes for their fans. The “Chart Mix” series has been going strong since last September, so if you dig this mix make sure you check out the other mixes in the series.
