Alright Tucson, you win yet again! You always seem to get the best exclusive shows, though we did get Phoenix that one time. Luckily for us broken-hearted Phoenix souls, you’re only a short drive away. That makes me especially happy with the news I just got about this monster of a show on July 21st at The Rialto. The Dodos are going on tour again to support their spectacular album “Time To Die” that was released last September. Seeing that band play would be more than enough reason to drive to Tucson for me, but this show is so much bigger than that. Joining in on the fun is Canadian indie-supergroup The New Pornographers. The band is touring in support of their upcoming LP “Together”, which I’ve included a few songs from here. The eclectic and extremely talented Imaad Wasif opens up for this stellar show.
