If you’re upset about missing the recent Morning Benders show at The Rhythm Room, or are totally bummed that their tour with Broken Bells is skipping town, then I’ve got a gift that I hope will ease your pain a bit. The band premiered their first music video from their debut album “Big Echo” earlier today. The video is for the song “Promises” and was on the front page of Myspace Music today. This is the second song of the album that has taken it’s place as one of my favorite of the young year of 2010. I have a feeling it will hold strong and still be there when the year comes to a close. There’s a lot of bands doing the “we worship the Beach Boys” thing right now, but these guys are doing it best in my humble opinion. Enjoy the video and pick up their LP.
