Memorial Day tends to end up being another holiday that Americans use as an excuse to get out of town and get incredibly fucked up, while completely forgetting the point of the holiday. You may think I’m being judgmental, but that’s far from true! I’m actually just trying to tell you about the best place you could possibly escape to and get wasted while watching a plethora of great bands. That’s right, it’s almost time for FYF Fest once again. This year the organizers have crafted another day full of genre-bending entertainment in the beautiful Los Angeles State Historic Park. Not only is the fest bursting at the seams with bands you’d surely never see playing together anywhere else, but tickets are only $25. Hop in your car and get the hell out of town for this one!
