It’s one hell of a time to be living in Phoenix right now. Reading that sentence you probably think I’m referring to the temperatures that are now pushing 110, but that’s not what I meant. Even though we live in one of the consistently hottest cities on the planet, there’s still a whole lot to be excited about right now, even if you don’t enjoy swimming and road trips. It seems everyday there’s a new gallery, bar, boutique, or some other independent business opening. To say that things were happening in Phoenix would be a major understatement.

But, it’s not just the independent business scene that’s heating up. No, the local music scene is growing at just as rapid a rate. Take Boys And Frogs for example. Here’s a band that’s going to be on a lot of buzz lists this year, and probably into the next. Their stock has definitely risen after releasing this beautiful video that was filmed both in LA, and right here in Phoenix. Is this the next band from Phoenix to break out to the world at large? I’d put money on it!
