The album has remained part of the soundtrack throughout this year. I've experienced some of the best and worst moments of my life this past year, with the album there to guide me through it all. You could say I'm a bit of a fan of it. "In The Flowers" is one of the standout tracks on the album and one I've been hoping they'd release a visual companion to. Only this time it's coupled with the news that the band will be releasing an officially sanctioned version of remixes in digital form on October 13th. Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix (Remix Collection) features 15 tracks, including this one from fellow hype-machines Animal Collective. They took the spaced-out instrumental track "Love Like A Sunset" and worked a little AC magic on it. Not only does that mean that most of you have the day off work, it also means we're less than a week away from the Animal Collective show in Tucson on Sunday. While I'm very excited for the show, I'm also pretty disappointed that Black Moth Super Rainbow and School of Seven Bells are playing in Phoenix the same night.
