Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros is an LA-based band led by Alex Ebert of Ima Robot fame. The music they make is quite a departure from that band as it's mostly folk revival with a slight gospel tinge. The band fluctuates between having 10 to 12 members and tours in a school bus from the 60's. A lot of bands are trying to recreate the style of the 60's, both musically and with their persona, but this is one of the bands that does it in an authentic way.
