People were so excited about it that the band's ATP curated festival scheduled for May sold out within half an hour of going on sale. 10.20.09fun fun fun tickets going fastThe third annual Fun Fun Fun Fest is taking place in Austin's Waterloo Park on November 7th and 8th. Well really, with all the pre and post shows and parties, it's really a four day buffet of music. With a lineup as solid as this fest has, and ticket prices so low, I'm surprised there's any tickets left. The fest organizers have been warning that the tickets are starting to run low, so you should make a purchase quickly if you plan on hanging out with FMF in Austin come November. 06.22.09crystal castles sonar meltdownNME has reported that Crystal Castles were involved in a fight with security during their set in the early morning hours of Sunday at the Sonar Festival in Spain. According to reports the sound throughout their set was incredibly bad causing the band to become increasingly frustrated. The tension finally boiled over when singer Alice Glass began taking pieces of her bandmate's drumkit and throwing them in the direction of the security guards onstage. 06.18.09bff ’09The trailer for the 9th annual Bicycle Film Festival has finally been released. This year's festival will make stops in over 30 cities around the world including New York, Los Angeles, Toronto, London, Sydney, Tokyo, and lots more. There's no stop in Phoenix this year, but there will be a stop in San Diego on August 8th. This will definitely be worth a road trip!
