10.10.09video: duck sauce- “anyway”The collaboration between A-Track and Armand Van Helden has produced one of the hottest dance tracks of the past few years. "aNYway" sounds like a lost disco classic and the feeling of nostalgia grew much stronger when I got a hold of the video they just released for the single. The video features a take off on the popular 70's show "Midnight Special" and makes me feel like I want to be transported back to the 70's for at least a few weeks. Duck Sauce is going to be releasing an EP via Fools Gold Records later this month.

The band features a rotating cast of musicians that create music taking influence from African and Islamic traditional music and mixing it with the more traditional sounds of indie rock. This kind of pan-globalism is certainly in style these days, but these guys aren't just taking advantage of a trend.
