Keeping on the singer-songwriter bend I’ve been on over the past week, here’s the lead single from Harper Simon’s self-titled debut album. There’s a huge range of influences evident in this track and a chorus that will lodge itself into your skull for at least a few days after you hear it. Luckily this guy isn’t just another famous musicians son who picks up music without the will or passion to actually do it right. The album coming out October 13th should be a testament to Harper’s love for the craftsmanship of music. He’ll be playing on Jimmy Kimmel live on October 15th, and touring throughout October and November, in support of the LP/iTunes release.
