03.03.09i heart azLocal promoter Stephen Chilton (better known as Psyko Steve) has produced one hell of a showcase for Arizona musicians at this years South By Southwest festival. The event is going down at one of the best venues in Austin, The Jackalope. It will take place from 12pm to 7pm on Thursday, March 19th.
