09.27.09photos: titus andronicus and the so so glos at modifiedThose of you who didn't come out to Modified last night missed one hell of a show. The night kicked off with a burst of energy from local band The OSS and never slowed down for a moment. Unfortunately I didn't get any pictures of those guys, but I did get these shots of The So So Glos and Titus Andronicus. Modified was pretty packed throughout most of the night and there was tons of energy in the room. Hopefully both bands return soon!

At this rate I'm probably going to be broke at the end of the month, but I'll definitely be happy after seeing pretty much all the bands I've been wishing would come to town in one month. The band chose to go with the classic live footage video for their latest track "Upon Viewing Brueghel's Landscape With the Fall of Icarus". What sets this apart from the norm is the amazing black and white cinematography. Can we get a local promoter to book this band? Please!?
